- General discussion assessing Client requirements and scope of work
- If required, Perfect Settings will submit a landscape plan with quotation
- Quotation consists of Bill of Specifications and Provisional Bill of Quantities and Costs pertaining to the relevant design
- On acceptance of quotation, a deposit is required to confirm acceptance of design and quotation. Deposits vary according to scope of work
- Commencement date submitted to Client
- Landscaping of garden commences under supervision
- On completion of the project an inventory will be taken and a detailed invoice is then submitted to Client
- General maintenance guide is submitted with invoice
